Here's a guru I'd rather not buy from, but sorta don't have much of a choice.  Anybody out there regret voting for this thing?

Unreal stuff...

@Serge S. , fyi, Ben IS right about everything and if you don't understand that, then maybe you should just ask Ben why.    ; )

Our situation is thus: 50 year old Heathen, 33 year old Enabler, 12 year old Princess, all healthy as clams. (suppose for a moment here that clams are all quite healthy.)

Currently paying $640 for Bronze Kaiser through the CA affordable care website. We qualify for no "subsidy." Our option is essentially a glorified catastrophic plan with a few "covered" doctor visits per year thrown in.

We are in a CA healthcare plan now, but will be switching over to an Ohio healthcare plan this summer when we move to Cincinnati.  We are moving to Cincinnati in order to be closer to the Center of the Universe. (Lima, Ohio is the Center of the Universe)

So I will be forming an LLC or an S corp for my Buy and Hold RE business anyway. It looks like Ben's idea of letting the S Corp pay those health insurance premiums prior to disbursements and salary would be an effective way to get that done pre-tax.

Serge, any other ideas?

and @Ben Leybovich, keep in mind that no matter how much good advice you give me, I will always be a Brandon Turner fan, first and foremost.
