It is quite common in buying CFDs not to obtain either of those items.

I do like the idea of buying a home where everything is still under warranty, although the idea of buying something that doesn't exist yet gives me some pause.

Beyond all that, if you're simply looking to buy something with 25% down on the MLS you're really going to have a hard time in every market.
