@Ian HurdleAwesome stuff Ian, I'm a navy vet and have lived here for about 10 years, I'm currently working with investors from Denver and California, people are definitely interested in this market.If you look at charts of market crashes San Antonio is pretty consistent, no crazy up or downs due to the background of employers here and also the military bases.We have lagged behind a little bit in areas such as appreciation compared to Austin Houston and DFW but now that Austin is becoming so expensive people are starting to trickle down here.The majority of the nation will be seeing more appreciation due to inventory, interest rates, supply and demand constraints, and most likely future first time home buyer tax credits.

I work as a waiter(Houston)and before last year I was getting paid cash,so I only have w-2 for 2020.I didn’t make much much maybe 15k Bc of Covid(I did get  a cash job during covid and made around 10k).I’m at a point where I think I have enough cash to buy a duplex or maybe triplex,fourplex or whatever makes sense money wise.Home prices are relatively cheap in St.

I am privy to a multimillion apartment complex deal, plenty potential, I don't have the pockets, I like to a couple money and experienced partners that can help me learn, and cooperation to review the deal and take advantage of this situation, the units about about 6 minutes from Downtown Houston and 2 Major Universities UOH and TSU....thanks!

I plan on moving to Houston after 1 or 2 years of working, depending on if my real estate investing pops off enough; During this time I will be starting my house flipping journey.Would it make sense for me to buy a house and do a live in flip in such a short time frame?
