Hello BP landlords,My property’s mailbox keys were not returned by the previous tenants and my management company is saying that they can not get my mailbox keys until a new tenant is in the property so they can request a key with a copy of the lease. is there any way I can request a mailbox key from the USPS before my unit is rented?

I use Turbotenant as my Property Management Software (PMS) to manage my properties and while I'm setting up my properties on it I can easily market the property with a click of a button and it will push out to all platforms that Zillow does not own: Apartment.com, Redfin, etc. 

My wife and I are physicians that like in CT and work in NY.

How do property management companies perceive these areas in terms of tenant quality and rental stability?

Copy and paste the mailing address in google and once you see a homebuyer related website call the number let them know you find properties based off investor criteria and ask for acquisition manager.

Otherwise, I'd assume HELOC/whatever would do 80% LTV and I could only pull 80k cash out of that 100k.

Think of it as a (hopefully not too) expensive lesson on the ins and outs of deposit management; I bet you won't make the same mistake again!

It's interesting how kitchens and bathrooms consistently top the list for ROI, and I can see why focusing on those areas makes a big difference.
