Hello BP landlords,My property’s mailbox keys were not returned by the previous tenants and my management company is saying that they can not get my mailbox keys until a new tenant is in the property so they can request a key with a copy of the lease. is there any way I can request a mailbox key from the USPS before my unit is rented?

I use Turbotenant as my Property Management Software (PMS) to manage my properties and while I'm setting up my properties on it I can easily market the property with a click of a button and it will push out to all platforms that Zillow does not own: Apartment.com, Redfin, etc.

Copy and paste the mailing address in google and once you see a homebuyer related website call the number let them know you find properties based off investor criteria and ask for acquisition manager.
