Can you share any numbers?

Hello All, I am not sure if there is a rule of thumb to how much a design should cost but I received an estimate of $23K for Civil engineering work (site plan, storm drainage plan, site grading, soil erosion & utility plan), $25k for  Architectural and structural and $11K for MEP for 12 units townhouse (2 bed and 2.5 bath) on a slab.

There is many sites online now happy to provide a tenant a FAKE paystub.

I’m not sure how common these situations are but I figured if I’m having to go through it and learn the process of this situation maybe I can share it and potentially help others 

So far I've done things like make my LLC, work on getting a bank account, and work on a PPT for private investors, and have a web site.

Would you mind sharing a few companies that write up the promissory note?
