No sub 2, no big leveraging, no “participations”  — if your aged grandmother doesn’t like it, or understand it, don’t do it.Mentors and gurus are not worth the money.

Connects to my current internet service at home and I can use a wireless headset for conference calls.It's a little bit more expensive than your $60 per year just for fax, but the features are nice (and you can set business hours to where the phone gets automatically forwarded to voice mail).

To me, it is probably worth the commission.I am not a large investor myself and this is what I would do if it were me.

I suggest beginning with turnkey rentals as you build connections and confidence.

Eventually you could owe more than the property is worth.
