Seeking Advice and Connections for Property Conversion in Palm Beach County

Hi All,

I'm seeking advice and connections regarding a property project in Palm Beach County. My partner and I are looking at a 10+ bed assisted living facility that was originally a 3-4 unit property. Our goal is to convert it back to a 3-4 unit property for long-term and short-term rentals.

As I currently reside in Washington DC, I'm unfamiliar with the local permit processes and requirements. Any insights or experiences you can share about similar projects in this area would be greatly appreciated.
