What is your most successful method of finding the perfect deal?

If you are bored and need something to do go for it but if you are trying to learn actual methods just spend the weekend on bigger pockets, you will getmore in here in 15 hours than at Thans.

Although i'm not too familiar with the entire method of "wholesaling" anyways, I know there are opportunities for it in my market.

What is the best method to basically cold call or write to a person who owns the vacant lot next to my rental house.

The real key is whether you're handyman and/or other trade guys (hvac, plumber) will travel that far.What you don't want to do is have different trade guys for different areas you're homes are in - if you can avoid it that is.  

Have you tried non traded REIT investing?

So I have to conduct a lot of business via email or voicemail tag which isn't the most efficient method of conducting business and causes things to take forever.

I want to use every method starting out but by no means would I want to waste my time doing a task that will not lead to any new business or calls from city officials.Thanks!
