New Jersey Investors!!
Hi Everyone -
I'm just getting the ball rolling with my business and need to start building my team of agents, private money lenders, hard money lenders, cash buyers, contractors, attorneys, title companies, landscapers etc. I will be set to go with my marketing campaigns in about a week or so and need a few people to call on. I'm located in NYC but will be starting out in Jersey and possibly moving into Long Island as well. I am connected with a wealth of investors and anticipate making multiple deals (4-6) over the next couple of months. Areas I'm looking to start in Jersey are: Middlesex, Union, Essex, Hudson counties and a little bit of Mercer County (mostly Princeton). I've already started reaching out to several different people but would love referrals as well.
Also what is everybody's take on bandit signs? I want to use every method starting out but by no means would I want to waste my time doing a task that will not lead to any new business or calls from city officials.
Thanks!

@Jalisa Joneswelcome to BP!
I'm located in Bergen county NJ and a wholesaler. I'm starting on a new round of marketing myself and very excited to keep the business rolling. Seems like you have a lot of connections to make but you've deinfately stumbled upon a great resource here at BiggerPockets! As a newer guy myself the biggest advice I can give is to NEVER GIVE UP and TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME. I've gotten over the major excitement and realized its now time to take action! You got this! Feel free to message me anytime and hope to see you around the forums.
