I would never presume to advise someone on the Internet on this. 

Afterward, I highly recommend creating a small “sample project” to send to these folks based around the tasks that you want them to do in your business, and let them run with it and see what they come up with.

Think of the amount of knowledge you learn from your various internet or youtube gurus. 

Hello everyone, I have been searching up and down the internet for an answer on this one.I just closed my relinquished property in April, and by the example in Susie's post, by I would have both my 45-day deadline (for identification of replacement properties) and 180-day deadline (closing of the replacement properties) extended.

We give them access to the building Internet access, but they sign a waiver waiving any liability and that it’s a public Internet access and they have access to it, but it’s not secured.
