I find 68 degrees 24 hours a day until May 31 to be absurd and am wondering if others have found solutions the tenants were happy with?

This takes some getting used to.2) They do not have the parts in stock and cannot give me a firm date on when they will be in (keep saying, call next week or week after....)3) Too much assemblyIf someone has a solution to address the above, I would be willing to give it another shot.

Real estate investors tend to be solution finders and the art of every negotiation is about negotiating solutions that benefit both parties. 

Does anyone on the site have any experience with the "Rejuvenate" Floor Restorer or other solutions on the market that offer a less expensive alternative to refinishing a wooden floor that is in reasonable condition for it's age?

If you decided to go with the full purchase price would the rental rates sustain the mortgage?
