Hello, Been doing my own studying, a class with Reia, listened and read great BP info, unsuccessfully searched for a mentor... 

I plan on using the next year or so to study and observe so that I can have a better feel for the whole process.

@Seth Carlone-HansonYup - it certainly seems like it might have been a good place for investors over the past 18 months or so:http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/10/14...That study should be used as just a start though - I've never been to Orlando and am looking from a birds eye view at data across the region.

I hope BP is still around for the future generations, I will have my children study this like they do school one day.

They both became physicians and mom also went to law school.I studied philosophy in college and stumbled accidentally into an economics class.

Hi allI have been studying and taking time to pick a niche.From all research  made ,I discovered Nigerians are more into 2 niches:  buying of raw land, hold for a while and resell when the value of the property increases in terms of cost.

I just don't want to be one of those that study it for 10 years and never actually do anything!  

Hey guys so I have really been studying the last few months.

If you do go, study something that will benefit your investing that you also enjoy learning about - aacounting and finance are good choices in the business realm, but so are construction management, any  of the engineering fields, and many more majors that i cant think of right now.
