A question to put out there, recently I've been considering go back to school and getting a degree in real estate investing.  I know it's not  required, but I was wondering if it gives you some creditability with buyers / sellers.  So I'm putting it out there to see if most or any or no one has a degree in real estate investing  and if they believe it to be beneficial or not?  Please assist with this dilemma . Thank you.

I do not believe a degree is necessary, but if you are are trying to build educational credibility, or would like to bring something to the table, I recommend the following credentials :

JD, CPA, MBA, RE Broker

Just my .o2 cents
