I've seen limits of 2 people per bedroom, so I imagine I could limit it to one person per bedroom?

I would start with finding out what the payment standard is for that area.

Restrictions are only getting tighter and id personally avoid.

The house had way more potential in person than the mls photos showed.I know the market well here.
