I've been on a wild ride but loving it.

There are windows that need glass replacement due to blown thermal panes and some A/cs that were hail damaged but otherwise a good building.

You have much, much more control in real estate than in the market,,in the market your along for the ride, however it occurs, in real estate your flying the plane.

I would like to just have the freedom to get up early and go for a mountain bike ride around the lake while the sun is rising or grab my gear and go bowhunt white tails whenever I felt like it .id be happy just to read a book and have a cup of coffee on my deck each morning 

Once you get the hang of it, it’s like riding a bike, ie the skill you acquire will stick with you.

I said that that is one of Growth Equity Group's major ways to advertise this money-making scheme (for them apparently).I think you are correct that the Growth Equity guys are hustlers and took you for a ride. 

@Amanda Dantés, we currently invest in Virginia, getting ready to branch out to myrtle beach area, we've been investing in mobile homes about 5 years totalif I was you I would ride the parks you may want to work in and talk to the managers that run the parks to get a good idea what the homes are worth and could possibly sell for.good luck

If you can get over that aspect, this area can be rewarding.40 year olds riding BMX bikes with makeshift trailers in tow looking for any tools that an unsuspecting landlord might have left unattended.

You have to vet any TK provider (or contractor, or agent, or PM) very thoroughly to ensure you don't get taken for a ride, sadly.
