My W2 job has kept me very busy lately and I have not had time to do the fun stuff, like responding to my BP post.

Through this entire process, right up until the day after I toured the units, she was always extremely helpful and quick to respond, and then bam, haven't received a response since. 

That's a counteroffer.In real estate, when a buyer makes an offer to purchase your house, you have the right to respond with a counteroffer.This means you're saying, "I appreciate your offer, but I'd like to make a few changes."

I did not answer your questions because i perceive your presumptuous post makes you seem like a douche, which you confirmed by admitting your intent was respond to a perceived attitude in the op with more attitude.

It was simply to respond to your comment about a 200k house and liner costs/more cashflow. 

Maybe someone else could respond to give you more info on the NC market.Buy and holds are tough to make cash flow in NJ.
