BP,

I have a massive multifamily deal on the table that I very badly want to get done. The seller and I have been in negotiations over this property for quite some time now. I was finally able to personally visit the property in which the property management company showed me around. Since that day, I had numerous questions answered from the property manager through email, which I needed before I made my official offer. I've tried to email the owner/seller as I am ready to submit my offer on the property and I have gotten nothing back from them. They have always been very responsive, but ever since that day (2-2.5 weeks ago), I have not heard from them.

Thoughts on how I should go about this? This is something I've never really experienced. After taking the time to travel, visit the property (I'm an OOS investor), and the time I've put in on this, you would think out of respect and courtesy I would at least get an email back saying whatever their excuse was (decided they didn't want to sell/ Got a great offer they couldn't pass up, etc.) At a crossroads here on how to move forward. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

@Stephen Jones I would send them the offer with proof of funds/ lender letter and an acceptance deadline. Lock it up!
