I'm not sure where to look for the regulations that govern this situation.

Hello everyone my name is Miles Smith and my family currently practices flipping homes in the inland empire area, I am almost 18 years old and have realized starting real estate young is one of the best things you can accomplish.

Additionally, although I am an attorney and practice real estate in Miami, I am not well versed in Cuban real estate law but my understanding is that foreigners are still not allowed to own land.

The pros are:- It lends some credibility (for whatever that is worth)- You do learn what is legal, ethical and accepted practice in the area (but you can depend on an agent partner for that)- Access to MLS, so that you can be the 20th offer and get outbid 99 out of 100 times.  

I'm looking for best practices so-to-speak of lease terms for our situation.  

Three years is plenty of time to get a nice foundation of real estate knowledge, as well as some practical experience as well.

My understanding of the regulation is that if you and your wife are both eligible for the VA Loan, you can actually get a 5 family house instead of just 4.

After some due diligence on their business practices ill see who if not the broker will be a good fit for me . thanks again! 

Kansas requires a Sales Pre-license Course and a Kansas Sales Practice Course.
