Personal Property left in Foreclosed Condo

This is in Washington State. Some personal property was left in a foreclosure condo I just purchased. Items include a desk, a treadmill, and some other random crap. None of it is worth very much money, but I want to make sure I follow proper procedures.

Does this fall under "tenant" laws? I'm not sure where to look for the regulations that govern this situation.
