Hello, I currently have 2 rental properties in upstate NY and I am looking to purchase more in the near future.

To provide some background here, my wife and i recently purchased a triplex that has an existing 500 sq.ft attached storage unit (conditioned space) and a detached 5-car garage.

My goal is to purchase a bigger home with my finance in the next year or two (thinking around $400-450k single family home).

The rate sounds low..conventional mortgage primary purchases are in the high 6%'s-low 7%'s..The 5 year PPP is a little heavy as usually declining..5%.4%.3%..can also consider 'buying out' of the PPP usually around 1-1.5% of the loan amount upfront..

I purchased it as a single family with a VA loan and used the BRRR strategy.

I am looking to use a VA loan to get a house but want to purchase a rental property and get started on getting cashflow.

My purchase was an HOA lien on an apartment.

@Danny Celestin- thanks   1) yes - there is a large  difference bwtween  investment property and  preimary residence pricing  2)  assuming the 2 quotes provided are for  investment  properties - these are not too bad for a 2-4 unit purchase 

I'm considering purchasing turnkey through them.
