Even the junk is selling, things with no parking on busy streets built into hills!  

I would have to do the works, few loads of dirt to bring property higher than road, septic tank,  survey for city,  trailer pad with 2 parking spots.. ( probably asphalt)..I do not have any other structures near me except 2 structures across the street. 1 was a trailer that was made into a house(looks nice) the other is a mobile home.

There are quite a bit of Main Street bailouts on the way!  

Renting properties is a two way street. 

I'm interested in the East side/Hope street or the Atwells/Broadway areas of Providence, RI.

I literally have the worst luck cause there are no other houses like this within a mile or so and houses are going for some good money on the street and around the block. 

There's a huge difference in Jeldwen or similar Menards/Home Depot windows, and lines like Marvin/Andersen (popular in Minnesota, and the only lines we install). 

I know BedStuy is an area different street by street so I'd appreciate your thoughts in this location.  

I purchased the taxes for a certificate on a lot across the street with a burned non repairable house trailer on it.
