Does anyone have a survey for homeowner satisfaction?

Expanding a real estate portfolio requires setting goals, researching the market, building a team of professionals, sticking to a budget, investing in the right properties, managing properties effectively, and being patient.

@Allan C.I have the umbrella for the investments because there are a lot of tenants and moving pieces, but mainly because I had an apartment building that I leased out to mentally ill patients. 

Just be patient and dedicated to finding the right place.

I’ve gotten some beautiful properties during the pandemic, I’ve just had to move quicker, be smarter, and be more patient since Covid started.

That's because it's a buyer's market in Lansing and I am patient and very selective (I made sure to let my Agents know that ahead of time).

Work your a$$ off, live off of nothing, and be patient.

While the suggested approach of replacing flooring and painting might seem pricey, it could be a worthwhile investment for property value and tenant satisfaction.
