Hi Everyone,

I just want to introduce myself real quick. I'm currently working as a property manager in Jackson, MI but looking to start investing in a multi-family (to start) in Lansing, MI. which I plan to occupy. I've been through some HUD houses in the area but feeling a bit uneasy with a lack of knowledge of the neighborhoods. I think spending more time in and around the city I will get a better idea of where I want to invest and would love any insight for any of you. Love the Lansing area and excited about the possibility to invest here. Also, since Im here, Im thinking about taking a night real estate class so if you have a favorite instructor, I would love to know that as well!
