Want to close more deals? Then ask for the business more. Most people, especially new wholesalers think they are the asking for the business but in reality they are not. Build up the habit of asking for the business and I guarantee you will get more deals.
I created a list of 75 different closes that you can use to ask for the business. Pick at least 3 of them that you like and start drilling them. You don't need to have 75 different closes, you just need to get really good with a handful of them.
