If you want equity, you will need to search the county recorder for all loans on that property, determine which ones are still outstanding, and then total those up.

But, I have one outstanding question about additional mailers to those who DON'T call in when they're first contacted by yellow letter.I've heard that some investors send a second mailer out to their list 15-30 days after the first that is a standard yellow letter with a twist: it's crumpled and opens "why did you throw me away?"
