Florida law also says there cannot be evidence of anyone living there, such as fresh food etc (utilities are a "grey area")I have done this once before with furniture, a gas grill etc. but I would be concerned with the motorcycle.

No helpful advice, other than to keep standing firm on her move-out date.It's just so eye-rolling with her "mother to mother" plea...yet she had no problem taking the proverbial food out of your children's mouths (ie by not paying her rent on time) and cussing you out in front of them.
