Buying a foreclosure property expect that it is going to need some significant work to get it sellable - so consider it a fix and flip.Not seeing too many short sales today but be patient as they can take a long timeIf you are starting out, it depends on your level of risk as mls I would consider lower risk than foreclosure since you can actually see the property

My primary focus is on fix and flip transactions, but I’m also open to buy and hold strategies as an alternative exit plan.From what I understand, an LLC can limit the liability of its shareholder (me) only if it is established in the same country where the property is located.

So maybe you pay $2000 for the HOA deed and then pay HOA monthly and you get to live rent free saving $1000-$1500/month rent for 6-12 months or however long it takes for foreclosure from the lender.
