Going from a dark, red burgundy to a light beige

:-)   In terms of particular areas that often "light up" as bad areas but are worth examining, I'd probably list Brewerytown, Port Richmond, Kensington, Grays Ferry, Point Breeze, Kingsessing, and NW Philly.  

For instance, motion detectors, window/door magnetic switches, glass break detectors, security lighting, timed interior lighting, interior/exterior cameras, backup power, etc can be combined to the extent of your preference and budget.

The light fixture made everything pop perfectly.

Its nice to see Chicago in a good light other than the usual high tax and politician corruption among other negative media press.

I have an experienced investor, but he doesn't want to put money into the deal.If this doesn't set off a giant red flashing light in your face then it should.

I took the contract to my banker and title company guy....... apparently mortgage regulations have tightened since I purchased my home and it seems that it would be basically required to protect the asset.In that light I figured might as well have it in place now before I sell my own home.  

From an agent's perspective, I've been on the other end when the listing agent absolutely lights me up for the offer you've submitted and insists on never working with you again.
