If you are closing your PPC leads then I'd say keep that going but start exploring Facebook retargeting by setting up a Facebook pixel on your website and start tracking those that are visiting your website.Ultimately that's going to help increase the number of leads you get every month overall.

I can definitely relate as I explored these avenues as well.

With this being said, I would explore out of state markets (look around the Midwest) and network as much as you can with teams that can be your boots on the ground, and spend the money to meet them in person so you can fully determine if you can trust them (make sure you take your time with this and get to know them).

Would really love to own a multi unit and explore every possibility this industry has to offer!!

I did not expect to find myself stuck in this role, but the work from home aspect has kept me in the position longer than I'd hoped. 4 years ago it sounded like a good option to explore my post undergrad options.
