What are my financial options?

Hi everyone I’ve been listening up and finally opened an account. So I’m from upstate ny. I just turned 22. I have a note out on some land for 7 acres. Great property would like to develop it, and just recently purchased my first single family home and went USDA. I have a full time job but like I said it’s a job. Not what I think I want to do for the rest of my life. Ive been trying to start saving young and trying to get ahead and really start making an impact on me becoming financially independent one day. I just want to know if I’m on the right track and if theirs any steps I can take with where I’m at now. Would really love to own a multi unit and explore every possibility this industry has to offer!! Also would like to know if theirs a community in ally upstate ny area?
