It's refreshing to hear a more conservative approach to real estate investing than is often addressed.

I love to find and analyze deals and my wife is an expert designer/stager. 

I also own a 9000+ piece of property zoned for multifamily, that I'd planned to develop into family-sized housing affordable to middle income folks (the affordability was going to be baked into the architectural design). 

When regular contributions are entirely distributed, conversion and retirement plan rollover assets(excluding designated Roth 401k rollover assets) are considered distributed next.

Calling someone else greedy while you are trying to work a system specifically designed to not allow it is what I was talking about. 

not really, but it's certainly not designed in your favor.

My question is what would be the best approach to get on a fixed rate and be able to get some money back in order to invest in future deals.

I worked for State of XXXX reviewed design and issue permits if they are compliant. 

I mean it makes me proud listening to them talk through all this with no HINT of this being an emergency. which they finally declared and there are pilots that can literally fly an entire career and never declare and emergency.Bottom line approach at their weight was about 140  this guy came barreling down final at 180 to 190 thats a big deal in a Commercial jet liner..
