I am new to the forum and looking to get involved. I have lived in the Tampa Bay area for around 40yrs. For 30yrs I have worked in marketing/sales and also a PhD college marketing professor. I have recently decided to finally follow my RDPD dreams and I have obtained my real estate license and want to get involved in REI. I love to find and analyze deals and my wife is an expert designer/stager. If you have any advice or insight for me, I would love to hear from you. I would love to take you to lunch/coffee.
