Several paid before they even came and saw it in person...kind of weird but their choice.Since they pay Cozy direct, there is no way to refund $$ unless you want to send them a check and then you are actually losing $$, not breaking even....so no way...Ned, I don't invest in California, but in MN if you take an application fee, then you have to return it or run the application and either accept or deny.
