I am sooooooooooo way interested to see the replies you get to this,  lol.My first thought is that the group of investors that recommended them have been using them consistently for years in that neighborhood and therefore are at the top of the food chain when it comes to prioritization of work.

Therefore my question revolves around whether building would provide a competitive advantage for the property thereby putting it on the top of the property food chain.

hi all, I was wondering if anyone would share how they structure daily tasks in wholesaling, for example do you guys wake up, check for potential deals, at 12 return all phones calls, at 3 p.m. daily paper work or filing, ( this is a rough example but I hope I got the question across).

I've been talking to brokers, underwriting deals, touring properties and making offers on large multifamily deals (150+ units deals) on a daily basis since 2011.
