hi all, I was wondering if anyone would share how they structure daily tasks in wholesaling, for example do you guys wake up, check for potential deals, at 12 return all phones calls, at 3 p.m. daily paper work or filing, ( this is a rough example but I hope I got the question across). Thanks all

@Jerrell Slay

Hey Jerrell, this is a very good questions and in my opinion your daily routines is what sets great wholesalers apart from bad to average wholesalers.

A rough draft of my schedule will be as follows..

Wake at 8am and scrub for new leads while having coffee..

Work out eat lunch and then I get to my office by 12..

From there I close out all my tasks for the day in zoho which takes me about an hour or so..

From there I usually try and read or study for a bit while staying active on bigger pockets.

I try and stay at the office till 5 and then I am done for the day.

Now there are days where I am out looking at houses or showing houses that have tenants so it will throw my schedule off a bit but for the most part that is my monday through friday. As a wholesaler you don't have to work too hard once you have your marketing set up properly.. The key is to learn as much as possible so you can automate your business.
