You will get a lot of comments on the good and bad of CRMs but I live by the philosophy that you should build and define your processes first, then build the tool to accommodate the processes.

I think there are two things to define here: "turnkey" just means a property that is all fixed up and ready to go (just turn the key, ready to live in now).
