I've seen prices there fall as much as 40% on some condos and would really like to buy one to live in.

I can go almost anywhere and see current listings of condos in my area, but I'd be more interested in knowing how much any have sold for recently in this current market.

I once purchased a condo from a developer/converter who, because of 1031 Exchange rules, had to maintain ownership of at least 25% of the units in his 100 unit building for at least a year before selling.

I currently own a condo that I am interested in selling.
