All is well.Along comes a beautiful two family home for sale, as well as my questions.

Currently, we have a right to use deed in a resort that provides cabins as well as rooms in a lodge at the resort.It's located int the Smoky mountains in an absolutely beautiful area in NC. 

I enjoy the shade, the beauty, and privacy which I believe someone else would also find attractive whether I decide to rent or sale in the future.

I pointed out to the tenants that if they didn't want to be bothered by a whole bunch of showings for weeks or months, then they might consider making the place look clean and beautiful.

However, that is the beauty of an open problem solver.  

You can make any house beautiful with the right materials and and some elbow grease, but if you pay too much, you are setting yourself up for failure before you start.
