I have heard 30-45 days is the normal but I've also seen youtube videos (not BP) talking about 90 days and stuff.

I came across BiggerPocket while searching youtube for Real Estate related videos.

There are some great articles and youtube videos from tax/corporate attorneys explaining how to protect yourself.  

On the way you can study Real Estate courses on BP and Google a Search for anything that comes along that interests you or that you want to learn more about and use youtube videos for easy to understand video lessons.

I started watching you tube videos and have really learned alot from the various speakers that have been on the show.
