Can you have a realtor run comps for you?

Im not a realtor, and i agreed w everyone else get a realtor.

I've spoken to a HUD counselor who told me that lenders almost always compel homeowners under foreclosure to work with a licensed realtor.

If it is not provided or not a rental, talk to a local PM and realtor for their experience as to what to expect and then take 20% off of that

I would have 3 realtors pull comparables and if I had a relationship with an appraiser in that area, I would petition their advice.

@Austin Damon refer her to a good realtor with the understanding that said realtor will only be helping the seller find a new home or rental, not putting the seller's property under contract. 

I’m looking at becoming a part time realtor along with mainly property management.

I tried the Facebook market place and I was inundated with contacts from realtors.
