I could sell it but the tenant is a young kid in medical school who is 26 and I've met his parents and they told me they will be paying for his condo for the next few years, so I figure while I have a solid tenant for 4-5 more years I'd rather just let it sit there and possibly appreciate.I could look up in the woodlands but for me, I honest to god have been up there maybe twice in my life its probably an hour away from me.

Anthony thank you,do we have to have a investor license,we are very new to real estate we went to a seminar for 2 hour an decided that we could do this ,we have a three day workshop coming up in April but in the mean while we are doing a lot of reading an watch video to get educated,we have goals that we want to reach an I think real estate is a good business to reach these goals so every knowledge to get started in this business is kindly appreciated ,thank God bless you.
