New investor in central Florida

hey all, I'm a new investor in the Ocala Florida area. I'm definitely using this amazing resource to soak up all the info I can. Some background on me, I was a wildland firefighter for 3 years. Loved the job, but it's a severely underpaid currently and they have a lot of turnover as a result. I joined the army after that, in 2013. I enjoyed it, However I unluckily chose a MOS (job) that got cut out of the budget when sequestration hit the military hard. After a lot of runaround, I decided to get out. I'm currently in the electrical construction field now. I learned a lot, and I've now learned that I want my money to make me money and give me true financial freedom, rather than pouring the best years of my life into just getting by. I'm analyzing deals and I'm doing three different walk throughs this weekend! Looking for potential flips or good BRRR properties. It's definitely a lot to learn, and analysis paralysis is definitely something I can feel pulling me, but I'm pushing past that so far. Thanks in advance for the welcome. Any and all words of wisdom are appreciated!
