You won’t go through your actual loan app until 45 days or so before closing. 

I haven’t downloaded the BP App because it has a couple years of poor reviews (from people who otherwise love BP).I’m also unclear: I posted a specific question twice (under 2 different forum headings) on the general website and got no response.

I suppose I liked hitting the “pay my loan” button on my banking app and the feeling of controlling the money flows in and out of the account.

Tons of functionality (battery life, code management, time stamps, remote lock and unlock, lock status, etc.) right from your smart phone via the Schlage app.

This person must be reliable on their cell phone and send weekly updates via email and text. 

They will have built in apps and background checks along with accounting and good record keeping.   

But with a cell phone you have lots of freedom, you can leave notes sometimes for your guests if you won’t be there at check in time or make prior arrangements with them, there’s usually a down season and now there’s work-share trade sites where you can get a worker to come stay with you for anywhere from 2 weeks to a year in exchange for board or a small stipend and they trade you work such as housekeeping or front desk or gardening or all of the above to stay at your place and experience whatever amenities your location has to offer such as skiing, hiking, city life, etc.

The battery lasts about a year in each one, and the app even tells me when the batteries get low....When you deal with water damages everyday, the last thing I want to do is come home to a flooded house.Good luck, and if you would like me to go by and check it out for you, I wouldn't mind.
