Self-Management Rules in Alabama
Are there any legalities regarding self-management for properties? Properties are owned by an LLC, have admin and maintenance in place. From a marketing perspective, am finding MLS doesn't really give us any advantage. I don't need recommendations, have cycled/reviewed through local options and heavily considering doing this "in-house."
If we decide to move in this direction, we need:
1. Lease agreement (duh)
2. Maintenance (handled)
3. Admin (handled)
4. Background checks (what do you use?)
5. Basic application (what do you like?)
6. Blanket account with utilities company (for in-between tenants)
7. Anything else?
Thanks for your time!
