Has this happened to any other wholesalers out there?

While wholesaling came across vacant properties however when I looked up the records, showed back taxes of $10,000 + on most properties, if i wholesale to the end buyer do I need to take those back taxes in consideration when making offers?

Jason Brooks The reason I ask is because in Jersey they will not let you sell a house with a cesspool, I was made to replace my functional cesspool with a new septic which I hadnt budgeted for.
