I'm thinking it will be a free class provided once every six months designed to teach landlords about federal/state/local law, common landlord - tenant problems, software for managing rentals, Etc.If you were attending a landlord class, what topics would you like to see covered?

The amount of information I have learned from you all over the past 6 months has been absolutely incredible, and I'm so thankful for everyone's willingness to help and teach.
