I am in my 30's and currently own just one rental property in Boston (condo) but would like to focus on rural NJ or NY areas (especially college campuses, due my experience renting out to students in Beantown) in the future.

So technically he does not have to go out and find deals anymore, because the novice unbewaring student does not know any better and just brings him deal after deal and so he takes off the work clothes and becomes a TAPE AND BOOK seller because he has an over abundance of students doing deals for him.Now I applaud that as a CONCEPT of GETTING RICH QUICK and not doing anything but having a little knowledge about a subject.

A good house to get into for first time buyer or even someone who wants to rent to students.
