Given the current housing market situation, can you please recommend an area / zip code to look for investment properties?

Has anyone used services like "Archinerds", "Southern Athena", etc. who advertise that they specialize in helping navigate codes and permits and refer you to building/remodeling professionals?

I was wondering if the posts I make on Facebook groups where I post a picture or 2 of the properties along with the zip code and brief description of them then ask if anyone is interested to drop an email below so I can send them the full info has any luck? 

Basically, my plan is Acquire an 6-8 unit using the VA Loanrent out the units which I can Refi into a LLC or strictly under one borrowers name and continue to rise and repeat I know this may be a bit complicated so please tag any knowledgeable lenders/investors/veterans who you may know.

You should check out @josephasamoah he has had a lot of success with Section 8 and is very strict with his tenant screening process.
