Atl area buyers Advice

Posted

So I have just started wholesaling and have some good deals but since I work most every day and available in the evenings I haven't had much chance to go to meet ups. I was wondering if the posts I make on Facebook groups where I post a picture or 2 of the properties along with the zip code and brief description of them then ask if anyone is interested to drop an email below so I can send them the full info has any luck?  I have posted my first 3 properties and I get emails on the posts but no one ever replies haha like. Would any one have advice on a better way for me to get in contact with real buyers? id like to make real relationships with buyers where I'm not getting wholesaled myself lol
