I am in Southern California and house hacking wasn't an option for me due to my low income, so I found a market OOS.

My wife and I are newbie investors in Southern California.

I will be attending the Bigger Pockets Investor Conference in Nashville in October so I will be in Huntsville from 9/28/19 through 10/5/19 and  then off to the BP Investor Conference.I’m looking for local, reliable contacts to work with and would love to meet local investors ( lunch on me ) and getintroductions to well connected Agents, Property Managers, Appraisers, Contractors, Real Estate Attorneys and other quality Real Estate related services to build my team of professionals.I’m a Realtor in Southern California and I was stationed at Redstone Arsenal while in the Army back in the 70’s. 

Southern Title is good as well.

This super reasonable request will get to the bottom of if your agent is making stuff up or being honest in a couple phone calls on your part.I don't hide that I'm from CA, but I don't tell people what I paid for a 3/2 in Southern CA either :)

Current Situation:Married 2 kids, I live in Southern California.

I'm hoping to find smaller multifamily properties in southern NH also.

Although it would be great for me to invest locally in Southern California, I’ve also been considering markets in Fort Worth and Houston Texas.

My grandmother and her sister inherited a 2 bedroom 1 bath + bonus room home in Southern California from my great grandparents.

The home is worth about $450,000 (Southern California) and paid off (inherited).
